Acts was commissioned with an exclusive mandate to sell a complex telecoms group (MVNO) that was active throughout Europe and in Arabia. The project required precise management in order to protect the interests of all parties involved. The group was extremely challenging to manage due to its holding structure and diverse national companies. The task required a high degree of discretion, understanding of the industry and negotiating skills.
